Retainers are required for accounts needing immediate response teams (IRT). IRT activate and become en-route within 15 mins. A Retainer consideration is first given to established clientel. Retainers may be awarded immediately to non- established clients on a case by case situation after a full vetting process has occurred with the board of review. The board of review opinions are final.
Solutions in action.
Once your payment has been posted, an InSight security service consultant will be assigned to your case and will contact you within 24 hrs. The assigned consultant will remain your point of contact for life. It is a permanent appointment from that point forward. This way your consultant will understand you, your business, your needs, your concerns and your share your commitments. Your consultant will also confirm in writing that 5% of your final invoice for each and every contract period will be donated in your name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or shared with a charity of your choosing, in writing. Your assigned consultant will always be your personal point of contact and handle your affairs professionally with accuracy. Re assignments can be made on a case by case situation.
Unless otherwise stated your assigned consultant will hold the initial contact meeting with you on a Tuesday (Flexiblity exist) at 1300 hrs (01:00 pm) at a neutral location nearest your central downtown metropolis of your area giving our consultant the flexibility to access the community with ease over the next couple of days during their visit.
There is an unlimited number of reasons why InSight is asked to consult with a variety of clients from all around the world. Every situation that we are asked to assist in varies widely. This is why InSight require that this information remain private for those attending this conference only. We strive for continuity in these matters as well as providing a private, safe and secure environment for your matters being discussed.
The initial meeting will include catered snacks and scheduled breaks for your comfort until 1800 hrs. At 1800 hrs we share our customary executive gifts with your team members and invite you and your team members to dine with us as our guests, in an effort to show our gratitude and appreciation, for considering InSight, to serve your security and safety needs.
Further questions and discussion can be entertained during our visit. We remain flexible to serve, large enough to offer solutions, but small enough to care, and look forward to hear from you soon.

We do not charge a fee, for the time and expenses of your initial client event consultation. There is no profit. We insist on being professional, and we respect that your time is valuable. We ask for a small token of sincere interest. For this reason, we respectfully require a $12,000.00 USD deposit to be used as a retainer type of credit, for future services at anytime, (receipt issued immediately), whose complete value will be credited immediately to your final invoice for the performed services. WHY? Because we would never disrespect or belittle you by giving you so called "free advice" or "free solutions", to your important issues and concerns, that require our full time professional consideration in person, listening intently to your needs. That is exactly why, we will credit your consultation retainer or deposit value, IN FULL to your final invoice for services rendered during our first initial contract no matter when services may be needed. There is no time limit to our security service or security testing abilities.
